what are the keywords that best describe and/or have the highest ranking in the search engines
setup blogs and/or websites utilizing those keywords/niche
setup tracking and capture pages
write articles on those subjects
press releases
forums
classified ads
traffic exchanges
safelists
social networks

The ultimate goal is to get and hold onto targeted traffic.
In the beginning, I will try to get a minimal of 100 hits a day to my main sites/blogs.
After narrowing down your niche
ask yourself - who is my target audience. Who are the potential prospects? Who wants to know this info? Who would buy this type of product or service?
Another thing to look for is:
What are the affiliate programs in this niche? Who are the guru's or "big fish" operating in this niche?
How do we know which keywords to use? How do we find less costly type keywords that will get us ranked higher on natural search ranking and also provide us with cheaper ppc advertising?
